A Branded Environment was created that was both an impressive setting for visitors and clients and a stimulating workspace for employees, continuously communicating the four key values of the company: diversity, integrity, creating connections and
sharing success.

Mirvacs new working environment reflects the brand values, commitment to the environment and accomplished history of the company.

The ‘Living Line’ concept, previously used in Mirvac’s marketing collateral and internal communications, became the glue for the graphic elements across the office creating continuity throughout and emphasising the scope and diversity of the brand.

The reception area features the famous David Moore photograph ‘Sydney Harbour from 16,000 Feet’ (1966)., followed by blinds behind reception printed with the  Sydney skyline which converge into an overhead scene of a cafe in the Sydney CBD, showing the focus from afar right down to the individual is just as important.

The front of house creates an impressive environment for clients and visitors, through bold, clean designs and close attention to unorthodox materials. The meeting rooms use solar tinted film applied to glass, translucent from the inside yet opaque from the hall, enabling privacy while still maintaining a feeling of space.

The back of house fosters a far more vibrant and colourful environment, stimulating employees and encouraging them to actively engage with the brand.

Different colours were allocated to each floor as an orientation reference, and floor to ceiling translucent graphics (building core plinths) were positioned in a reflection of the rising and setting of the sun - the sunrise plinth was located on the eastern side of the building and the sunset plinth was situated on its west.
The library row ends showcase the major architectural achievements of Mirvac, forming an effective organisation system whilst inspiring employees with previous successes.

The meeting rooms and glass louvres further reflect the diversity of the brand and the lifestyle it symbolises while creating a colourful and engaging space for staff.

The extensive design currently stretches across four floors of the building, creating a compelling and architecturally focused environment to embody the mission and values of this prodigious brand.
