Australia's national carrier engaged BrandCulture to develop a new identity and temporary Branded Environment for each of their staff lounges worldwide. The campaign was to promote the launch of the new First and Business offering amongst their 8,500 staff and crew, and to clearly convey the premium feel of the new product.

In addition to developing a Brand Identity and completely portable, updateable Branded Environment. BrandCulture also created a set of guidelines for this new brand to allow local merchandising to be produced for the campaign. This set of guidelines ensured a consistent tone and message globally, and allowed Qantas head office to retain overall control over the communications.
